On Sep 12, 2013, I was duped into ordering a free sample of the extract online and the offer was only to pay USD2.95 for shipping online to Malaysia. The next thing I knew there was an “extra” order of the Colon Cleanse Max for USD49.95, which I remembered very well that I did not order for it. So when I printed out the statement, the total charges that was “supposed to appear” on my credit card was USD52.90. Then came a notification from my credit card company that there was another transaction of USD159.00 billed to my card at that same moment. I did try to contact the person in charged to cancel everything but as expected, there was no answer. The support email address also do not exists!
I called up my credit card company and I was told that they can’t do anything until the charges clear the account.
Now it has already been more than a month, I still did not get the Cambogia Garcinia Extract, and neither is the Colon Cleanse Max. And my credit card still has an outstanding bill of USD159 and USD49.95. The amount may not be substantial to you, but after converted to Ringgit Malaysia (RM), I have to pay a LOT for the damages!!!
I want to know what happened to my order?! If this company really exists, I want to cancel all my orders and I demand a REFUND!
