Person is trying to scam on AirBNB and possibly other rental sites. Person asks to give a rebate if you handle payment on different site than AirBNB and will then scam you (I assume, didn't fall for it as there are many complaints on this person).

Person wrote to me (on two different occasions):

first time (Oct 9th) :"Hello
We are Joe & Nora from Austin, TX, we love very very much your property. We will like rent for 2 weeks in Jan if this is available. This is what we are looking for. Please feel free to contact me and confirm if it is available and the price. My e mail : Nora.Burwash(a)workmail. com
We look forward to you."

Second time (Oct 15th) : "Hi.I am looking for a place for my future in-laws over the week of my wedding. Your place is beautiful and looks like it can do the trick. Would you be willing to provide a weekly rate? Please contact me at: Nora.Burwash(a)workmail. com
Thanks so much!
Nora"
