In Sep I ordered a free trial of skin care products for $4.99 S&H from this company. It never arrived, and I had forgotten about it, until a $74.98 or 99 charge appeared on my credit card on 12 Oct 2011.

I contacted the company, and told them I did not authorize this purchase, and had never received any products from them.

The male representative stated they would not refund the $4.99, but would refund the $74.98/9 charge on my credit card. I requested that all personal information be deleted from their customer list, and that no further products be sent, as I had not received any to date. He agreed that this would be done.

Today I noted that on 15 October, another $74.98/99 charge had been added to my AMEX card.

I have notified AMEX, and will post information about this company on Facebook, to alert others
