This company had ads offering a "Free Sample" - only pay $5 for S/H. It clearly states that this is not their usual "30 day free trial offer." Then they start shipping and charging you $105.95 a month anyway.
And their phone number to argue doesn't even work.

- I too fell into the trap of getting the free sample. Mine was for 4.95 shipping and handling. I never do this and why did I this time? Any way got the free bottle and then a short time later got another bottle with a bill to my credit card for 105.95. I read carefully to see if they automatically did this and couldn't find any where that stated they would sign you up for continuous shipments! I returned the product and they sent me an email saying they had cancelled my subscription. How nice since I never subscribed! However no refund to my credit card. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company and the sad thing is the woman I talked do had the very same problem. Can we say SCAM?
