I searched for External HDD on Alibaba and got an email from these guys claiming to be a company calles Visnan Supplier. I transferred $28 via bank transfer, but have never heard from them since then. This is definitely a scam.
On their website, these are the contact names, but none of them replied my emails after I made the payment.
