It's the same story that has been reported. Lies, Lies, LIIIIES. She is a master deceitful, sad little "person" taking advantage of hard working people just trying to help themselves in some way. There is a special, unique cruelty in people like this.
Her minion, which will remain nameless at this time, she sent to collect the money is being sued in Atlanta soon. I've started the skip trace since she moved out of state. I would swear that the person in the mug shot: (http://georgia.arrests.org/Arrests/Apphia_Webster_7036909/)
is the same person using another name. She does have the same middle initial, coincidence I guess. I could be very very wrong, but will see when her background check comes back next week. (10-21-2013 ish) In Fulton county it's only 25.00 more to file suit against another person. According to her minion, she said that Apphia has moved to Texas area, maybe Dallas. Does anyone have the original phone number you called to contacted Apphia? Did anyone actually see her in person? Is is the same person in photo of the above mugshot. Please verify if possible. If anyone would like to participate in this party, please contact me. I have to figure out how this site works..) You may not be able to sue, but you can come to court date or write letter stating damages w/notary stamp and any other proof you have so I can take w/me.
