I saw there ad on Facebook and thought I try since it was 99 cents for trial for 10 day not knowing the 10 days started on the day you order it. I live in Hawaii and it took 7 days for me to get it and when I got it There was an invoice in there saying that they will charge me 148.95 and there where 4 bottles. I called right away and told them that i did not want it and wanted to return it and they tried to offer me a discount and i told them no i just want to return it! finially the man i was talking to gave me an RMA number and told me how to return it ans assured me that i would not be charged anything! I sent it back that same day. to my suprise on Thursday 10/3/2013 I was charged 148.95 2 times so total 297.90 and i had paid my bills which then left me with 3.00 in my account and still outstanding bills to be paid so my account went overdraft. they told me that because of the system error i would get my refund with in 3-5 biz days that was a week ago and still nothing i been calling and they all have a different story and half the time they wont let me talk to a manager i did get to talk to 3 managers Justice Jordan, Rick Robinson and Cherry which she would not give me her last name which is all made up anyways! i been hung up one a number of times, been told they cant find my account to call back and been put on hold for a very long time. I was also told to hang up and a manager will call you right now i told them no i am not hanging up but they ended hanging up on me and said they are calling you now! but suprise suprise NO ONE HAS called me ba k ever. I called again this morning and they told me that my refund will now take 30 days i told them hell no that s not what i was told I was Told by many people that i would get it in 3-5 days and nothing and of course they would not let me talk to a manager. I been over draft in my accoutn i am a single mother and had to borrow money just to make it till i get my money back ans still nothing! Someone please help me
