i rec'd an automated message that said that i was named in a lawsuit and an order of restraint has been filed against me and that if I do not call back within 24 hours they would contact my employer and left this call back number.

Hey there, do yourself a favor and go to your local police dept and see if they can look up the number. Last year my boyfriend kept getting phone calls from some number leaving him a message there was a warrant out for him and to call some number within 24 hours or the police would come to arrest him. He called them number and they said they were from some law office and he needed to pay them $600 on one of those money cards you can get at walmart and can't be traced. (Inappropriate Content Removed) we did it and didn't realize until afterwards when I started looking up online and found out it was a scam but we had already given them the numbers off the card so they got our money. They told us we only had 1 hour to get one of these cards and get back to them with the information. Boy were we (Inappropriate Content Removed) but afterwards we called our local police to report it and they said they would try to look into it however they didn't think they would be able to find anything. But that they would not be able to come and arrest him anyway. SO DON'T GIVE ANYONE ANY MONEY!!!
