Last may 15 I made the full payment for an iphone 4 unlock, months has passed and no unlock! I send a message to give me the refund and they say that i will be refunded! Since that date I send messages from facebook and they block me and delete my messages, send from email and website and nobody answer me! I just want the money back or the unlock... Nothing more! Its really frustrating! In other website review they answer me this
"You requested a refund which was processed in May 2013 as we have informed you via your order status page" in my status page says "25 Jul 2013 09:25:08 - IMEI submitted to unlock server"
Until now, no money, no refund...
