I was told by the previous owner of the puppies, Ms. Hudda (587)774-2996, that all I had to do was pay for the transportation of the puppies which totaled to be $700. Once she had the ownership paper work transferred into my name, the courier was to contact me with the arrival time of the puppies. They gave me the instruction of how to send the money, and i did just that. I was then told i would receive the puppies the following morning. They never came. I called the business and they told me there was an insurance fee of $1500 that needed to be put on the animals in order for them to cross the North Carolina state line. Which didn't make any sense to me, because i was also told that the dogs were being held in Ashville, NC; i even suggested that I come pick them up myself. I asked for pictures of the dogs, to check on their conditions and i was also denied that. That's when i started getting the feeling that something wasn't right. I explained to them that this "out of nowhere insurance fee" didn't make sense to me considering the fact that their job is delivering all over the US, so they should have known about this insurance fee for the animals to cross state line. To this date, i have not received my puppies and they are still asking for more money.
