On "totallylegal.com ('s)" website they clearly offer to all users a "free" will. Unquestionably this service is deemed "free," However to my demise, and against their own word since they did not leave a disclaimer that they would be demanding payment when I finished with the form, they demanded payment in the amount of 19.95. I feel strongly this is a fraudulent scam and they should be punished severely for such actions against mankind.
