I know my computer knowledge may fall a little short however, what I do know is that on Sunday 10-6-13 I purchased products and service of SafeCart to the tune of $454.99 plus $14.95 per month for continued support. I spoke to my bank to dispute all charges. My bank informed me the inspector would get back with me in a couple of days with the results of my dispute. On Monday 10-7-13 I found my computer to have many of the same issues it had prior SafeCart's claim of fixing my computer issues. I was told on 10-6-13 with their service my computer would run at "Peak Performance." When I called back on that Monday one tech I spoke to transfered me to another tech. At the time I thought all is well. To sum it seems theydon't do what they claim while charging hundreds of dollars and yet my computer in basically performing the same as it was before I ever contacted SafeCart. Will I cancel yes. Would I ever no business with them NO!
