Online purchase of three year 24/7 SOHO Gold Subscription to diagnose and repair computer on line by typing in through Team Viewer. Phone is no longer their phone and can't contact them. There is no company and they took our $499.99 through a charge on credit card. I had two times I called and got someone to run scan and repair problems and then NOTHING. No recourse I can find to get answers or money back.
