Ordered a free trial for Slendera (pure garcinia cambogia) and Natural cleanse for $4.95 shipping each. I agreed to no "terms and conditions" nor was I informed that there was a "trial period" to the products. Two weeks later I was charged $84.95 then the next week charged $74.99. I got the link from an article on Facebook. I called two different companies about my order and didn't have an account with them. When I found the link I used there was no customer service number listed. I found the number in the terms and conditions part of the page. I was unable to speak to anyone because it hung up on me. I left a call back number and nobody called me. $160.00 for diet pills and cleanser is a ridiculous price to pay. I was going to take the loss as a lesson learned but I'm furious that people can steal and get away with it.

  • How did you get them to stop charging you afterwards? I'm curious because I think I just did the same thing. I happened upon the Terms and Conditions afterwards (of course, lol), and I am hoping to cancel the autoship, even if the whole thing is legit. I did get it from a Facebook article, but the article led me to Women's Health Magazine. Not sure if the same happened with you. Anyways, if I accidentally did the same thing as you, how did you stop them from charging you?

  • I called and told them to deactivate my account. They sent me confirmation of my order and when I closed my account with them. She told me in order not to be charged the full price for the products then you have to call them and cancel the trial BEFORE the 2 week trial is up.
