I have had this in dispute for months and did not realize Chase was going to give them my money. This three day cancelation notice is for crap. They took advantage of my disability and manipulated the contract to only serve themselves. I think Arizona, should be held accountable. They need to give a 90 days cancelation notice, due to all the fraud that ins created in that state.
Update: 10/08/2013
