I moises marte is a victim of this fraud. I'm looking for work and decided to look on Craig'slist ..when I came across this add that was hiring immediately, with a number as a contact. I call the number which was 212-470-6199 and spoke to a guy that was supposedly a Mr Scott. The guy scheduled me for an interview on 10/3/2013 at 353 West 48th street between 8th and 9th ave 3rd floor at 10:30 am. I make it to the interview but the lady shown on the picture told me Mr Scott is not in but she will interview me ..she did so and had me sign a application asking for all my info. I did so and gave her my resume. She told me that she was gonna hire me but I have to pay an additional $100 for background check and uniforms. I payed the fee and she gave me a slip sign by her as ms Jones with the company info and number which is 212-470-6034 and a recipe stating that I paid $100 with a name on it b.g.c placement..she then explained that if I pass background check I would be given a call on Monday 10/7/2013 telling me when I start working. Today Mon I rec no phone call. So I call and call but no answer ..I then call the number 212-470-6199 which was the first actual number I call and a guy named Mr Scott picks up and tells me that he is Mr Scott and that the people that interviewed me were probably scam artist using his name and that I should go back to the place I was interviewed at..I go to the place and the office was empty. I spoke to another ladie that was there and she told me that the people that were there was renting that room and that she has nothing to do with them ..she then said they packed there stuff up and left without saying anything. She gave me a paper with the name Osmond Sean eweka and telephone number 646-422-9393 and told me to call them. It's messed up cuz I don't have money and borrowed that $100 for this job and they took me as a sucker and scammed me for my money. I met with the actual Mr Scott at 252 West 31st street between 7th and 8th ave the 3rd floor and met with him and his boss ms Kay and they explained to me that I am a victim of a scam and that they apologize because those people are using there names and somehow taking there clients and telling them to go to them. If someone can please help me please do because I am so sad and frustrated that these people did this to me when I'm just trying to do good and feed my family ..thanx in advance.
