On Tue, Sep 17, 2013 at 11:56 PM, I booked a hotel stay at Super 8 Motel in Shakopee, MN for Sep 28 - Sep 30. I was immediately charged $163.36 for this hotel stay. I stayed in the hotel during the reserved time-frame in the smoking room as requested at time of purchase via HotelsOne.com. No issues with the stay or check-out. However, the issue is now that ONE WEEK later, a charge of $220.00 was incurred by Super 8 Motel. I contacted my bank to dispute, but they are closed until tomorrow and I have to go into the bank to dispute and sign paperwork. I called Super 8 Motel and the guy asked if I could hold, I responded no I couldn't; he then hung up on me. I called back and he asked if I could hold again, I reluctantly said yes, but he recognized my voice and began to yell at me and screamed for me to call corporate on him because I asked for his name. I do not live in MN and will never go back and never use HotelsOne.com again because of this double charging for a simple reservation PRE-PAID! At this point HotelsOne.com has stated that it will take four days to get anything started. I am now (-$8.13) because of this issue and will be charged by my bank overdraft fees. Super 8 Motel will not talk to me over the phone to resolve the issue. HotelsOne.com will not address the issue until next week.
NEVER USE HotelsOne.com, they are not helping get this money back at all. $220.00 is a lot of money for a stay that was pre-paid at $163.36.
