Hi, I ordered an Equinox Free Trial and thought I had only authorised 2 transactions for @€8.80 each
My credit card has since been scammed with 4 further transactions all @ €110 each. I have gathered that I inadvertedly signed up for a monthly subscription of $99 per month but this still does not add up.
I have also been sent RTVL anti aging eye cream and anti aging face cream but this has come from the UK so at least I can return and contact to see where all these orders have come from and try and get my money back!
Any advice would be much appreciated. (Personal Information Removed)

- Hi, I have phoned RTVL on several occasions. My bank said to cancel my credit card, but if you want your refund paid back to your credit card? Anyway, I sent the second unwanted pot back to RTVL, but, as I did not have a tracking number, they would not check my parcel, even though I wrote my cancellation number on the outside. They also said that they would charge a £20 "re-stocking fee" on any refund, which is scandalous, Without a tracking number, they will not refund any money. Anyway, check out the Consumer Credit Act section 75, contact your credit card company if you paid by credit card and you may get some joy.
