I do not remember the specific date that I signed up for the "Free Trial" with no flame e cigarettes. It was a promotional offer that popped up while I was on netflix. I never received the described starter kit or any portion thereof. I subsequently forgot about the deal and on the 16th of September was charged 109.67 for the starter kit. I awaited receipt of the kit and was charged 63.62 for refills. I suspect that these items were not sent at all and believe this business may be perpetrating a confidence scam. October 5th I called them to cancel the account and they did so, but I received no assurance that I would receive the already paid for product or a refund. Subsequently I submitted a complaint to the company. Within minutes they had left me two voicemails and called me a third time to tell me and I paraphrase, "buyer be ware". the call was disconnected while the customer service rep was in mid-sentence.
If it's a "free trial" shouldn't a consumer first have the opportunity to try? If a product is purchased shouldn't the consumer receive the product?
