I was cheated into buying 3 packages while I was told that I would receive 5 packages & also a laptop. later I cancelled the same & was given a surety that complete refund would be made. it has been more than 6 months of followup & the refund is still to happen.
the sales team which connected to me originally does not come on phone & the helpdesk team has their own discussion of 15% deduction even though the request was made well in advance for the refund

I am victim of the same company, i want to ask you one thing that haven't you made a police complain against VACATION GATEWAY
how could they fool peoples like this. this is serious and we have to make a police complain against them
