Paid the 24.99 for a year. Tried the free ten minute chat and found out that they are a complete sham. The very next day sent an e-mail to them saying such and that I wanted my money back because they are fake. Next thing I know I am being charged 39.99 for next month. How the hell can I be charged for another month when its 24.99 for a year and I cancelled membership after one FREE ten minute call? Those (Inappropriate Content Removed) are nothing but a group of sleezy rip offs DON'T USE THIS SITE!
