I deposited $1000 about eight months ago after i received a phone call from the company. I received$1000' 00 bonus. I traded a few times without much success and stopped. There was still $1400,00 in the account. No mentioned was made about the amounts of trades to be made before I could withdraw money. Anyhow, I never wanted to withdraw. I received a phone call a few months ago from Carrine. She was going to be my new account manager. She very quickly called up my credit card details and withdrew$3500,00 from the credit card into my account. I did not receive a bonus for this deposit. We made a few trades and I once again decided not to risk my money any more. I requested the 3500 back. Now i am told that i received a bonus and can not withdraw money. First, they did not have my banking details, and I had to send them proof of identity in colour. I was then told that it was not good enough and I therefore did it again. Now, I am once again told that I can not withdraw the $3500 ,00 which has nothing to do with any bonus received. My account number is 131205. My name is (Personal Information Removed).
