I sent to Celina He $ 559 to get I Pads in ca 20 Aug 2013. I was told that I will get them within 4-5 days, then I was told that I will get them in 2-3 weeks, over a month passed by and I received nothing yet! Also Celina does to answer any communication at all. What can I do at this point?
