I recently noticed a charge on my check amount of $37.95. I called my bank to find out what it was. I advised them that I never subscribed to anything and was giving the number to SavingAce. After speaking with a rude representative I then spoke to s supervisor who advised me the company offers discounts for shopping through online merchants and I agreed to their service when making a purchase through Vitacost in 2009! Yes that means they were charging me for over 4 years without my knowledge and never once sent me anything in the mail. They gave me a credit for 2 months which leaves me having to file a lawsuit for my other $1300 that they charged me. This company should be out of business. This is morally wrong and needs to stop!
