This has gone on since 9-5-13. Not only did I place the order and lose the money, I received a check from this company, on 9-24-13, for 1,980 dollars. I was told before payment was ever sent that there was a mistake in the payment and I would need to subtract my payment and send the rest back. Here is the emails I received concerning that.

Hello (Personal Information Removed),
I am really sorry about the delay, it was due to the death of my uncle who happened to be my great benefactor.

I need to inform you that the check payment for the products will be delivered to you 24th of September,2013 via fedex courier, my sponsors
gave me this tracking number 310074315004606 from fedex courier .
I want you to proceed to your bank immediately and have the check payment deposited in your savings or checking account for just and
only 24 hours and the funds will be available for withdraw thereafter.
As soon as it is deposited,then withdrawn the flight agent's money to be sent out and immediately to a nearest MONEY GRAM outlet and
get the Balance sent when you deduct your payment for the avon product,with another $18 for errands/transportation from the total
payment sent to you by my sponsors and get the rest money sent for our flight to my flight agent in West Paducah KY.

Also, I will like to notify you that the sponsor mistakenly added our travel expenses to the funds sent to you, all you have to do is
just deduct the money for your Avon items from the fund and get the rest send to the agent who is to book the ticket via
money gram today after you have withdrawn our traveling money at your bank, as soon as you send the funds I would be
able to provide you with our trip plan.

I also received a check for the exact same amount, the exact same day, within ten minutes of each other, with the same instructions from a lady named Alice Nelson. It seemed like the same thing happened. How ironic! When received the checks, I contacted the company on them, which was Stanford University Development Services. They had no clue who I was talking about. So I then contacted the company on the FEDEX envelope, which was totally different; CM ACCESS, INC. They did not know who the employee that was listed was and they stated that they had received several calls concerning the same issue; these people are targeting Avon reps, it looks like. I am also including the email I received from Alice Nelson.

I had to travel out of the country for a urgent event. There was an issue with the courier but it has been resolved. Please Kindly pardon me with this and follow my instructions. It is one of the circumstances beyond my control and I guess you will have a better understanding.
After the transfer get back to me with all the transfer details from Western union, the details needed would be the
1) Senders name and address used.
2) Amount sent after deducting your pay and the transfer charges.
PLEASE ONCE AGAIN MAKE SURE YOU USE THE MONEY IN MINUTES OPTION.
3) MTCN number ( this is the 10 digit number on the receipt)
Note that the transfer charges should be deducted from the money you are sending to my PA and not from your Avon money. The funds are needed urgently, so get this done and get back to me as soon as possible today. Also advice when my Avon would arrive if not arrived yet.

Maybe if we can stop these people, they will quit trying to rip people off. I find it awfully sad that there are people out there that will do anything to get a penny.
