I purchased easyspy for the blue tooth scanner and it does not work. I emailed support and all they sent me was instructions on how to install it. It's already installed and it doesn't do anything! So I submitted a request for a refund and was told I would be refunded. It's now been a week and nothing. So I emailed them again and now they are saying that I don't get a refund and that I installed the app on a phone and have used it! I don't even have access to the phone and haven't installed anything on any phone. They are blatently lying! I replied back and said that wasn't true and now I don't hear back at all. I called their number and they told me they don't have a number for support just purchases. What a scam! I want my money back!
