Company refuses to refund my shipping fees, either for sending the item to me or for my shipping it back to them. Also they have a very high pressure and very misleading sales approach. The product they advertised, turned out to be nothing more than a 7 Wood, a club I already own. Calls to the company are answered by a lady, who seems to read from a script. Requests to speak to someone in authority so far have been in vain.
