A lady named Gayle Anderson contacted me one evening week of 9/8/13 saying I had been approved for 3000.00, a personal loan I applied for to finish school. On 9/12/13 she faxed documentation for me to verify and instructed that I could review with a lawyer. After reviewing documents I was to send 408.75 for collateral which was not a fee but insurance that I could repay loan. So I sent the collateral payment only to have Gayle call back and say the lender says my credit has changed and another 408.57 is needed. That is when I requested a refund because I felt I was being scammed. I know most people who will read this will be like yeah why you do it. Simple most personal loans require some type collateral to secure your willingness to pay. I do hope my post helps someone as we are accountable for the choices we make.
