Right from the first phone contact with my coach there were problems as they could not hook up with my primary email address so had to use my secondary address.
I was told I had to open an account with ebay, which I did but unfortunately it was with and my coach then told my account had to be with or I contacted and explained the situation and was told my account would be switched over within 24 hours. This did not happen and subsequent phone calls to (and emails) were futile - they could not tell me if or even exist as part of their organisation. Certainly a Google search is not helpful either.
Next, my coach told me she could see I had not completed the initial assignments when in fact I had - dont know why this is as the training websit shows me I have completed 3 0f 9 assignments.
My coach did not keep her next appointment and I have not heard from her again despite sending her an email detailing my difficulties with ebay and asking if she could help.

Looks like I've done my dough
