Had computer issues and was not able to skip the month. I called them and told them I couldn't afford it and they said they would refund me within 3 days--month later, no refund... two months later no refund and I said if I didn't get my refund I wanted my membership cancelled. Now they took another $39.95 from me even after it was cancelled and they are impossible to deal with on the phone.

Got one refund but they refuse to give me the other one because it's 'impossible'
