I order a number of items. The company never communicated with a tracking number even though we requested one several times. When the merchandise came one item was inadequately described and the customer did not want it. Another item had been shipped with items inside the handbag, which because the box was not strong enough for the contents, collapsed causing the items inside the bag to create a permanent crease in the leather. I supplied the company with pictures and was told to return it at my expense and they would compensate me with a piece of merchandise to cover it. The freight charge was $82.00. They offered a small cosmetic bag in compensation which I refused and chose another style more to my liking. I instructed them on how to ship my replacement to avoid any damage. In the mean time, I discovered that on a bag that had been sent, the pattern was improperly matched. This quality control defect should have never left the factory. When my replacement shipment arrived, they ignored my instructions and packed it in a box that required them folding the bag in three places creating 2 permanent creases in the leather on the bak of the bag and ripples in the front. The product was supposed to be python but was in fact, leather stamped with a python pattern. I have make every attempt to work with them and they offer to credit me $278 for the merchandise if I pay to return it on top of the $82 which I have already paid to return the first bags. So, I will have $472 to get back $278 for defective merchandise which is 100% their doing. Watch out for this company. If you do business in China, be very careful that the vendors want to take care of their defects like we do here.
