My name is (Personal Information Removed). On September 3rd 2013 I received an email from a woman named Lisa with a company from Beaumont Referrals and the email stated I was 100% approved for a loan for $5000.I did not remember applying for a loan with this company but I inquired anyway. She stated that I was wholly approved and sent me documents to sign and fax and told me to western union $484 as collateral. I did just that and after a day I did not hear anything. I called back and was referred to someone named Victor and he stated that they ran my credit again and said that I had to pay half of my insurance which was $750. I paid the $750 through western union to Canada. I waited for the funds to be deposited and once again it did not. I called Victor again and he said unfortunately I had to pay the other half of the insurance. I said no and I wanted a refund of my money. He then said okay it takes 15-30 days to get to you. About a week later I called Victor again and told him that I wanted to pick up the check he said okay and told me a time to come. Today I went looking for this address (501West 135th Street and it is a Bogus address. It is an apartment building. I called Victor again and he blatantly said he mailed my check through certified mail when specifically I told him I would pick it up. I got angry and said I wanted my check now and he hung up on me (3 TIMES). I asked him when he sent it he first said 3 weeks ago I said your lying then he "looked" up my file and said a week and a half ago. I have been calling ever since and I'm going straight to voicemail. My boyfriend called and he told him I would get it next Friday. Im tired of getting the run around. I need this money back. Please help me. I still have all my paperwork and western union receipts.
