Clicked for a free trial which was $4.95 delivery, I later received statement to show that amount had been deducted from my account (Approx £3.00). Then on 19-09-2011 they deducted £59.90 from my account this amount was unauthorised. I contacted my bank who have advised that it is unlikely that I will be able to reclaim the money but that they can re-claim any further withdrawals.
