Hello,
My name is (Personal Information Removed) from Udaipur, Rajasthan. I got a call from ‘Roozgaar’ phone number 01206191600 on 15/07/2013 at around 4.00 pm by Rahul and he told me that we are calling from Roozgaar, your resume is short listed by roozgaar.com. He said my application would be forwarded to the Jindal Steels. But I have to register online by paying some amount for registration. And I have to pay the amount right now but he did not give any details of amount that how much should I pay for that so I got online and filled a form of registration, after registration he told me to pay some amount of 1600 which I paid.

He mailed me all the details of payment and then passed the phone to another person he again repeated the whole thing and asked me to pay some more amount. He told me that no amount will be debited from my account it is a process to generate an order id only so I agreed. This time the amount is 5392.16. after paying the amount I got message from bank for transaction of Rs. 5392.16. so I told him that thing so he told me that it is the process and I have to complete the process

After that payment I refused to talk to him and disconnect the call but he again called me and tried to explain the whole thing and told me that I am paying for my self and I will get a job guaranteed. Again he transferred the call to another person who is senior and he told me to complete the process for myself. And he forced me for the next order .

After this process he told me that within 8 days I will get a job offer letter. He also asked me to mail the scanned documents for verification. So I mailed the scanned documents on the email id.

After some days on 13th august they again called me from same number but he told me that he is calling from urgentvacancies.com. and this time he told me that my profile is forwarded to L & T Infotech. And I have to pay some amount for document verification. Again I refused to pay any amount. Now they told me that this is the last amount I have to pay and within two days I will get a letter from that company. So again I paid for that.

But I didn’t get any mail from their side and no mail from company side.
I also tried to call on the numbers they gave me but they are either switched off or out of reach.
Again after some days I got call from their side this time they told me that I requested for refund of my money but I didn’t requested for the same. But I didn’t tell them and they asked me to come online
So I got online, this time they told me that I have to complete a process for refund request and that I should have minimum amount of 5000 in my account. So I told him that I have sufficient amount
After that he started the process and told me to buy a order of 9990 rs. But I refused to pay. He told me that my payment gateway was closed an no amount will debit from my account but again I refused he forced me for that but

I disconnected the call didn’t pick the call again.

After some time they didn’t call me.
Please help me for refund of my amount.
I paid total of 15756.24/-
