I ordered a free month supply of the Pure Green Coffee bean supplement with the $5.95 shipping fee. They have sent me two more bottles and charged $97.51 to my account each time. I want to cancel my subscription, but I can't log into the website. It is asking me for a username and password, which I have never created.
