I ordered 50 Custom USB's after lengthy discussion with [email protected]
I was originally contacted by ADA from Yd Technology after I posted a buying request on Alibaba.
After paying for the product and extra for DHL I was informed the product would take 2 days to be dispatched. After a week the goods had not arrived so I emailed to find out why. I was told the product had accidentally been sent via Hong Kong Post and was given a dodgy tracking number.
Almost a month had past and was informed sometimes it can take a few weeks via post.
I received the parcel finally only to find it full of worthless pieces of plastic.
I have tried in vain to contact the company and have this rectified.
