I have been trying to cancel a false claim to treasure coast readers. I have contacted them many times only to be hung up on or to have someone say this is going to be sent to collections. I do not want this service and have been trying to cancel since January 2013. Now I have received a bill saying I owe 1198.50. How can I owe for something I have never received.
