I Received prize notification indicating I won lump sum of 250, 000, along with a check in the amount of 3,885.00 to pay taxes on the prize money. Then I Western Union the amount to Dolla, Ken 1,885.00) and Jetton, Tamela ( 1,600.00 ) at 345 West Minister Avenue in London, UK N6C4V3. The check was returned to my bank for insufficent funds. The 2 MTCN numbers from the transfer are 380-397-3081 and 329-400-5430. My bank account is now in a negative status and I am now responsible for the returned check.
The address on the letter is 700 University Road, Tornton, Ontario M5C2W9. Head Office address is Camden Plus Credit UNion 349 Royal College Street, London, UK. NW19QS. No return address on the envelope it came in. I was instructed to send money transfer to those indiviuals in London, UK. The phone number on the letter 1-647-833-7113 and the Claim Agent 's name is TOM GEORGE. The PRESIDENT of the CREDIT UNION name is THOMAS BUTHER.
