All started when I logged into the “six figure program” Which showed supposedly two ordinary guys Ben Mosul and David Clairour are making easily six figure incomes showing their monthly incomes and all kinds of bank documents to back up their glamorous life style and offering this same thing to anyone by building a free web site for them and soon money will be coming in.

Once the web site is set up you need to pay a hosting fee of around $200 for two years. I had no product to sell, so I wanted to have one that would connect you with other web sites with products to sell and give you a commission for leading customers to them. I named my web site
‘Steak is good for you’ looking at offering sites like., Omaha Steaks, Chicago Steaks, available on my web site. After my web site came on line, I noticed it was built for the six figure program and not at all for me.

Now I get a phone call from a company called “Prospering” from Provo Utah wanting to teach me about how to make money with my web site that the six figure people set up for me.
On 7/28/11, Mckay Ercanbrack from Prosper calls and wants a minimum of $4050 to proceed with all the training and become successful. He said everyone needs to invest in their own businesses. Agressive students invest as much as 15 to 30 thousand dollars. The more moderate invest between 10 and 15 thousand and the conservative from 5 to 10 thousand. I told him that was way more than what I could or wanted to do. He said fine he asked how much credit I had left on my credit cards before they were maxed out. I gave him a rough guess and he said I could do an easy $2050 and he would find an other company to finance the other $2000. I agreed that would be fine.

As soon as I started the sessions over the phone, I knew this was not for me and I pushed them to fix my web site so I could start making some income. They side stepped the questions about the fixing the web site and continued to discuss the commerce angle of this program. I then started to write emails to cancel this program and refund my money.

I called McKay Ercanbrack that this is what I wanted to do and he told me to go through Customer Service and they would handle it for me. They then said they had refunded my money back to my credit card account on 8/18/11.
This never happened.

> McKay- Prosper worked hard to get the contract in the web site. This is the first time I have seen it in black and white and here is the pitch. This letter was emailed to you a long time before I received my material from Prosper. In the contract it says "FOR ALL STATES EXCEPT ALASKA, YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR MATERIALS . And this is what I did, so upon canceling the contract, you are obligated to refund all my funds back to my account. And Prosper has not done this yet. Why???? Ordean Bierman

I have 3 business days following the receipt of my materials from Prosper. That was done!!!! If you check with McKay Ercanbrack, you'll find out that this is true and he told me to go to Customer Service and they would refund all my monies. Course that didn't happen.
