I subscribed and paid for Stansberry & Associates and got charged for 2 years which is fine. I figured I might get some insight on their financial advise and so on. Only to be known, they are just using scare tactics to get you to buy into more of their useless services and so after 2 years, I decided to cancel my subscription.
Apparently, I can not do it via email so they have me call in to do the cancelation on the phone. I was happy that they manage to cancel everything until the 12th of August 2013, I was told that I got charged $99 for auto renewal on their service which does not make sense. Please advise. This company has lots of scams and complains if you do a little research online on them.
