On 8/27/13 I sent 866.00 to om sakthi sivam enterprises. Almost a week later I was told that several properties were gutted due to a fire inferno. Then they said they sent the product but gave me a courier service that doesn't deliver to me and a false tracking number. Then, I was told my package was seized by customs and I had to pay 400.00 to get out of customs. Maruthachalam (CEO) refuses to respond to my emails, send my product, or refund me. He even sent a email stating, "ahhahahhhahhaaahhhahha". I'm in disbelief. Please help!

I don't know how to upload a pic of the email of payment details, but I can take a pic of the receipt for the payment I made.
