I was given bad DHL number and assured order was coming.
Skype conversation then went:
"we just receid the inform from the hongkong custom
[9/11/2013 10:57:49 PM] eastgoldjellyzhang: they informed us your parcel is detaining at the hongkong custom
[9/11/2013 10:58:00 PM] eastgoldjellyzhang: they ask US$200 custom clearance fee
[9/11/2013 10:58:20 PM] eastgoldjellyzhang: only paid custom clearance fee, they will release the parcel
[9/11/2013 10:58:32 PM] eastgoldjellyzhang: sorry for such thing happen
[9/11/2013 10:58:40 PM] eastgoldjellyzhang: we never expected this
I informed her that I order stuff both personally and for company quite often from China and never pay Hong Kong customs. I pay duties and fees when package delivered.
Sad face and then she was gone.
