Four years ago they offered a free web listing with the understanding that it would roll over to a paid listing the next year unless we cancelled. I forgot to cancel, my bad, so it rolled over and we were charged. After the first year they called to renew and I told them I wanted to cancel. It didn't get cancelled. I refused to pay. After the second year, harassing phone calls, etc., we paid ($650) with assurance the listing would be canceled. I just got off the phone with them. It hadn't been cancelled. Now we owed $998 for the "final year of the contract". We haggled, they came down to $849. Big deal. On top of all of this, the listing itself is pointless. In all the time, we never had a single lead from the listing. We will never, ever do business with this mob again, and suggest the same to everyone else.
