Dear Sir,
My name is (Personal Information Removed) and my mailing address stated on my purchase made was No.2313 1st Floor, Jalan SJ 10/1, Taman Seremban Jaya, 70450 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus. West Malaysia.
I am writing to inquire about my Garcinia Cambogia which I ordered online on the 29th of August 2013. There had been a charge on my credit card for a purchase of the said product for USD159.00, however till today I am yet to receive the product.
As a matter of fact I am perturbed as the add came with a caption "Claim your free bottle today" in my understanding this is free and one need not pay, however I feel like I was robbed of my money only to discover I have not even received any product yet. Can you please explain to me what sort of cheat or scam this is. Don't you have integrity when you say and claim such things?
Since I made a online purchase I was not given any reference number whatsoever on my purchase the only proof that I have is a message (sms) from my bank (credit card centre) stating that USD159.00 has been deducted from BUYHLPER.com
I would appreciate it very much if you could help me on this as you must understand when I convert USD 159.00 to MYR (Ringgit Malaysia) is a lot of money. Please do not cheat me. I am not a rich girl, Please return my money!
