June 2012 I got a telephone call from Top Legal Advocates informing me that they provided legal assistance to get a loan modification. I was paying $250.00 per month on a balance of $3000.00 fee. I stopped payment at my credit union when after nine months of sending them document after document that they kept requesting and there were no results on the loan modification. I wrote them asking for a refund and not received an answer. I called Mr. Lewiston and got no answer. I hear that now they are in receivership and cannot receive calls when I tried calling their office in June 2013.
