I ordered the trial for $2.95 on August 19. On August 20th I called the company and wanted to cancel my order- they told me they could not until I received the bottles of the product and returned it. They gave me a RMA and Cancellation code. On August 27th I received the package and returned it that day with the codes visible. On the 29th of August my bank account was charged an additional $148.95 on top of the $2.95. I called the company on September 3rd and was told that they had received my return and would process my refund in 3-5 days. As of today September 10th I have not received the funds. I called the company again 4 different times and was the first time that he would give me a cancellation code that I had not ever cancelled my account. The other three times I was told I would need a tracking number to verify that they had received the return. I was then told that they still had not received a package from me or if they did they could not find it.
