This company is so ridiculous. I kept trying to cancel my membership, but you have to call to cancel. Once I got a new credit card, I didn't provide it to them & I thought the problem was fixed. Problem was that I still had one of those stupid credits. So a few months go by not having to deal with the ridiculous company until I decided I should use up the credit. Even though 1 credit is supposed to be all that is needed to get a pair of shoes, it made me put in credit card information for $3.50 in taxes. I reluctantly did and two weeks later I get an e-mail saying that my card has been charged. They never sent me e-mail asking me to "select my boutique" or anything like that... and after months of not doing it, I thought it was canceled. I'm convinced they purposely did not e-mail me until it was too late (you can ask them not to charge your card the first 5 days of the month). So I call to finally cancel this (Inappropriate Content Removed) service and get a script read to me. I told the rep that I knew all this and just wanted a refund for this month's charges and to cancel. And he just kept reading... and reading.. picking right back up where he left off about everything I was "missing out on". After having to listen to 10 minutes of the worst reading rainbow ever, he tells me that "as a courtesy" they will process a refund for the month but I have to agree to keep my account open for awhile longer. Why the (Inappropriate Content Removed) did you make me listen to all your (Inappropriate Content Removed) just to tell me I have to keep this (Inappropriate Content Removed) account open? Damn, should have just disputed the credit card charge and gotten a new credit card again. What a joke. Way to go Kimora for building a scammy company that sucks so much you don't let people cancel.
