On 2 October I ordered the 'Free Trial' of both Hydroxatone and Juvenue on this supposed 30 day free trial. I did read the 14 day return clause, however I was confident that the goods would arrive within the week as many other products ordered by my husband from U.S. arrive within 7 days so I would still have time to get in touch to return them and/or cancel. My bank account was immediately debited for £1.29 + £1.25 fee for converson for the P&P, this was for both products. After 10 days no products so I sent emails and tried to call. Numbers were not recognised, emails unanswered. I did a web search and found loads of negatives about the company. More emails - no replies. After 14 days I decided they had all they were going to get out of me so I canceled the card. I bet they will be in touch when they find that out!!!! October 17th now and still no package - what a surprise!! Advice -- dont use a credit card. Mine was a visa debit not a credit card so easily canceled and a new one ordered.
