I live in Brooklyn, New York and I was searching for an iPad on Craigslist. I contacted an individual named Elle Bufford and told her I was interested. She emailed me and asked me if i still wanted to buy the iPad and i said yes, so she told me will send it using a company called Collect Plus. She lived in Canada and that she she found the carrier to do this transaction.
After i agreed, the company emailed me and told me to use Western Union money transfer and send $200 to a Collect Plus agent named Laurent Basler. They would then hold the money until I received the package and was able to inspect it and then if I liked what I had the would send the payment to the seller.
Both Collect Plus and Elle Bufford stopped emailing me back after i made the transaction. Elle Buford's email address is

Everything seemed legit until I didn't receive a parcel shipping number or the package.
