Went to the Surrey's website to pay for the property tax then there was a pop up screen states that if we do the survey we then get the promotion for the free product. Did the survey and got the promotion code, filled the information in INCLUDING THE CREDITCARD INFORMATION and got the charged of $5 reduced to 2.99 for the shipping cost with a free sample produce from Rejuvenex. The charge confirmation was received right after the transaction has been done. Got the product but have to pay the Custom somewhere $17. The creditcard statesment came with the exact amount that they charged wich is fine at first but the fun only begin when there were two charges for the nex creditcard statesment. they charged twice, one on July 26th for the amount of US$ 89.99 then on Aug 7th there were US$ 99.98 being charged. Called and after a long talk, there was a girl named Rose who nice enough to credit back the charged on Aug 7th but told us to wait for one of the suppervisor to call back for the charged on July 26th but no body did called back. We call again after a few days and this time there was a girl named Michelle with ID# 7734 who turned things completely around saying that there would not be any out going call from this company. There will not be any reimbursement to be make as this is over the time frame states AT THEIR WEBSITE which we never went to but the popup. We ask whey did they not notify us about the charges and she said they did this to everyone automaticly and electronicly and we have to have it including the term and condition "WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVE ANY EMAIL FOR" so on, we then asked her to forward the original charge notification but she could not do it but promised there will be some other one will forward it to us because it is an easy thing for them to do. WAIT, WAIT AND WAITED BUT NO THING HAPPEN. Guess they will just try to make us run around till time run out so they can scam all the money that they could at the first place.
